Oil Regeneration Extends Transformer Unit Life
HOPU's mobile regeneration system restores transformer oil by removing acidity, sludge, soluble oil decay products and improves oil colour with Fuller's earth treatment technology. When the treatment is complete, the regenerated oil meets or exceeds international standards for new oil with lower acidity and improved tan delta, interfacial tension, and oxidation stability. The cellulose insulation and internal components of the transformer also benefit from the flushing effect of multiple passes of hot regenerated oil, which helps remove decay products and sludge from internal surfaces.

Introduction:
ZYD-I Dielectric Transformer Oil Treatment Regeneration Machine is applied to process transformer oil and insulating oil from power plant, power station, electric power company, power transmission equipment, transformers, industrial and mining enterprises, especially suitable for on-site installation, maintenance and purifying high level new oil, or running oil from big power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on national main power transformation grid, which is above 110-750KV. This special vacuum oil water separator can shorten the oil treatment period for transformer installation and maintenance.
Contaminants in transformer oil:
particles like rust scales, dust and fibres
of carbon particles due to ageing of switchgear
absorbs moisture resulting in free and dissolved water
of air
fluids produce absorbed gases, causing equipment failure and arc suppression in switchgear
formation
in acidity level
products are caused by oxidation, as well as cross contamination of other products.
Through the vacuum dehydrator, degasification, filtration processes, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid particulate, free carbon,acid contamination can be completely removed,thus improve the oil dielectric strength,oil color,and oil quality as well.

Application:

This type of Insulation Oil Filtration Machine can degas, dewater by low vacuum distillation,removing the impurities of insulating oil quickly and effectively. It improves the value of voltage value, oil dielectric strength, extends oil service life and make sure electrical equipment work safely. The power station and mine mainly use the machine to deal with transformer oil,mutual inductor oil, switch oil and cable oil.

TYA Series Lubricant Oil Purifier are mainly designed to handle the water infiltration, emulsification and particle pollution of various industrial oil such as gear oil,compressor oil , cooler oil,mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, caused in the process of their production, transportation and usage.
It is solely designed for lubricating oil is made according to nature of high impurity of gear lubricating oil including hydraulic oil and mechanical oil, which has features of short time for treatment and high efficiency, enabling fast removal of oil's water, gas, impurity and volatiles such as alcohol, gasoline and ammonia gas.
