Ball Drop Impact Tester For Safety Glazing Materials
Product information
Drop ball impact tester is to test the impact endurance of brittle material like Plastic, Ceramic, Acrylic, and glass. Drop ball impact testing machines provides a standard steel ball which be adsorbed by magnetic force, and when cut off the power supply to magnetism, the steel ball would free dropping from a certain height to hit the specimen and then consider visually the quality after damage, to determine the grade of its impacting endurance. The weight and dropping height can be changed according to the material of specimen
Function: Determination of whether the safety glazing material has a certain minimum strength and cohesion under impact from a small hard object
Suitable for impact test of safety glass and tempered glass.
