Horizontal, double chamber structure, circular heating chamber structure; feeding and discharging mechanism; double paddle structure, using frequency conversion speed control method to control feeding and discharging smoothly, rapidly and reliably; oil mixing system: frequency conversion control motor drive agitator, guide plate can promote the reasonable circulation flow of vacuum quenching oil, improve the cooling capacity of quenching oil. It has a patented temperature thermocouple feeding device and a patented temperature control thermocouple double-layer sealing structure.
