Working Principle of Limestoen Micro Powder Mill:
When the grinding mill is at work, all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring, and the materials are driven to the edge of the turnplate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers.
The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the grinding mill and, in turn, the airflow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall and exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner, and clings to the surface of the filter bags. At the same time, the fine powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor at the bottom to get finished powders packed. In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end.

Working principle of Limestone Process Plant:
The standard configuration of YGM high pressure suspension grinding mill consists of main unit,reducer,powder classifier ,cyclone powder collector,dust cleaner,blower,control cabinet motor and optional accessories include crusher,bucket elevator,feeder.
Big materials are crushed by jaw crusher to the required particle sizes, and carried by bucket elevator to the storage hopper, and are fed evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The grinded powder are carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier to be classified, the particles which meet the fineness enter cyclone collector through pipe, and are separated and collected there. They are discharged at the discharging valve to become finished products; the airflow is sucked to the blower by return pipe on the top of cyclone collector. The whole airflow system is a sealed circulation, and is circulated under positive and negative air pressure.

Working Principle of limestone Hammer Mill:
limestone Hammer Mill mainly consists of frame, rotor, support iron and grate bars. The frame is divided into two parts: upper parts and lower part which are welded by steel plates after being cut. Liners made of high manganese steels within the frame can be replaced after being worn out. The rotors consist of the turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers which are grouped regularly in the main shaft. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity, and hammers spread outward as a result of centrifugal force from the rotation of the rotors. Large materials entering the crusher through the feed inlet are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hamemrs to small size. Qualified materials crushed will be screened out and exit from the gap of the grate bars while the unqualified will be left in the crushing cavity to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the grate bars. The gap between the rotors and the grate bars can be adjusted according to different requirement.

Working Principle of Limestone Vertical Roller Mill

FW Multi-head Classifier is mainly applied to classify 3-45 microns ultrafine powders. It is not only classfy scalable spherical, flake, needle-like particles, but also for the particles with different densities.
The whole classifying system consist of classifier and cyclone separator, dust cleaner and materials are sent to the separating field by inhalling of air blowder from bottom feeding inlet. Coarse and fine materials are separated by powerful centrifugal force generated by high spped rotating classifying turbine. The qualified fine powder are sent to cyclone separator or dust cleaner to be collected by claasifier blade; the unqualified coarse powder with little fine powders hit the classifier surface and fall down to the second air inlet along the cylinder wall. The coarse and fine powders are separated by the strong screening effect of secondary air. The fine powders are brought to separating field for secondary classification, the coarse powders fall down and are discharged.
