iPamorelin is a GHRP that is considered one of the mildest due to it being perhaps the most side effect friendly of the GHRP hormones
Compared to GHRP-2 and GHRP-6
Ipamorelin significantly increases plasma GH levels in both animals and addition, ipamorelin stimulates body weight gain in pralmorelin and GHRP-6, ipamorelin does not affect prolactin, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), or thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels.
However, unlike pralmorelin (GHRP-2) and GHRP-6, but similarly to GH-releasing hormone (GHRH), ipamorelin does not stimulate the secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) or cortisol, and is highly selective for inducing the secretion only of GH.
Ipamorelin has a unique property among the GHRP class of peptides. That property is known as selectiveness. Whereas GHRP-6 and GHRP-2 cause a release and increase in cortisol and prolactin levels, ipamorelin only selectively releases GH at any dose. Further, a mega-dose of ipamorelin results in a concomitant mega-release of GH (up to the entire amount present in the pituitary), whereas GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 have limits of approximately 1mcg/kg in humans for their maximal release.
Dosage
Just like the other peptides we have covered so far, GHRP-2 comes as a lyophilized powder. It must be stored in a cool dry place and should be reconstituted using bacteriostatic water or sodium chloride meant for injection. Once the peptide has been reconstituted, GHRP-2 must be kept in a cold storage like the refrigerator until ready for , GHRP-2 will be used 2-3 times a day at around 100mcg-300mcg per injection.
