How to make snowy moon cake:
Recipe: premixed powder 2kg, distilled water or pure water 1600g, white shortening 400g.
Method:
- Stir moon cake premix powder and water until it is smooth and tenacity.
- Add in white shortening and blend.
- Separate dough and shapen dough after one hour setting aside and let it rest (it will be better if freezing).
- Keep in refrigerator after finishing the moon cake.
