Foil Coil: Adopting the entire section of copper foil, together with the F-class turn insulation, low voltage winding is wound by the special low-voltage foil winding machine. The foil coil resolves problems such as large short-circuit stress, ampere turn unbalance, poor heat dissipation, existing the winding spiral angle and unsteady manual welding quality due to low voltage and large current coil. At the same time, the end of winding is treated with cast resin, solidification to make shape, moisture-proof and anti-fouling, the lead for copper bar is welded by argon arc welding automatically.
Temperature Control Device: the transformer adopts BWDK series of signal thermometer. The temperature components are embedded in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, can detect and display the temperature of separate phase coil automatically and continuously, also have the functions of over-temperature alarm and trip.

S11 series transformer adopts high quality material for copper winding, especially applying the new technology and new material for the coil insulation and active parts, thus the no-load and the load loss are obviously reduced, the performance and structure are more reliable and superior.

The no-load loss for S11 series products decreased averagely, no-load current decreased on S9 series.
Transformer tank adopts hermetical structure, tank and tank cover can be connected by bolts or welded firmly, the transformer oil won’t contact with air, so that extend the service life effectively.
Improve the relevant sealing parts for the tank, increase the reliability and advance the technical level to ensure the reliability of the seal.
S11-M series transformer tank uses the corrugated plate radiator. When the oil temperature changes, the corrugated plate will proceed thermal expansion, which can replace the role of the oil conservator. the corrugated plate tank has beautiful appearance, less occupied area.

Oil Immersed Transformer
The transformer is completely hermetical oil-immersed type. The principle is the same as the hermetical power transformer. The basic elements of the amorphous alloy is Iron, nickel, cobalt, boron and carbon etc.
Product Description
The transformer is completely hermetical oil-immersed type. The principle is the same as the hermetical power transformer. The basic elements of the amorphous alloy is Iron, nickel, cobalt, boron and carbon etc. It is a kind of isotropic soft magnetic material with low magnetizing power. With thickness and the filling coefficient is reduced to , the amorphous alloy material is very sensitive for stress. The electrical resistivity of the material is 3-6 times of silicon steel sheet and the hardness is 5 times of it.
Load loss of S(B)H15-M 30~1600/6~10 series transformer can be reduced by 15% on the basis of GB/T6451 standard. The no-load loss can be reduced by 70% on the base of GB/T6451 standard. Amorphous alloy transformer meets the standard JB/T10318-2002 Technical parameter of oil immersed type amorphous alloy transformer.

Oil Immersed Transformer
Rectifier transformers are widely used in electrolytic electrochemistry, transmission, traction, electrostatic precipitators, DC transmission and other systems which need direct current power supply. Our rectifier transformer absorbed the excellent experiences of same industry at home and abroad. Raw materials such as high magnetic silicon steel sheet and high quality oxygen free copper wire are used. We adopt production technology such as advanced integral assembly per phase for windings, the core are laminated by five step-lap method to reduce iron loss and noise, crimped winding connections, precision machining for tank surface and so on, which make technologic performance at the leading level in domestic. The following are common drying methods for transformers such as H Class Dry Type Transformer for your reference:
(1) If the transformer drying chamber such as the Dry Type Cast Resin Transformer is not evacuated, the vent hole should be opened on the tank cover or the moisture should be released by the throttle hole.
(2) When heating with oil, the insulation layer should be installed outside the transformer tank such as the Three Phase Dry Type Transformer. The insulation layer can be insulated with asbestos cloth, glass cloth, etc., and flammable materials should not be used, and corresponding fire prevention measures should be taken.
(3) In order to improve the drying quality of the winding, there are two major factors that must be carefully considered: one is to control the drying temperature; the other is to increase the vacuum of the transformer equipment. For the first point, general drying equipment can meet the process requirements. For the second point, it is affected by many factors, and must be considered and arranged reasonably to achieve good drying effect.
(4) During the vacuuming process during drying, it is not suitable to vacuum or dry under low vacuum in the low temperature stage of drying, otherwise it is not conducive to the rise of core temperature and the elimination of moisture, when the temperature rises to 70~ The vacuum is increased at 80 °C. When drying for 1 to 2 hours, the water vapor in the oil tank is more, the heat radiation capability is improved, the internal temperature tends to be uniform, the moisture is gradually reduced, and the heat radiation capability is lowered.
(5) The method of identifying the insulation after drying and the technical specifications of the transformer for the test. After the transformer has been dried, its insulation performance needs to be fully evaluated to check its drying effect. The identified items, except the casing, are the same as the test items during the overhaul.

Substations such as the Prefabricated Substation have the following classifications:
(1) A type of substation. It refers to the exchange of UHV stations, nuclear power, large energy bases (3 million kw and above) and cross-regional (North China, Central China, East China, Northeast, Northwest) 750/500/330kV substation.
(2) Type II substation. The Dry type Power Transformer is mainly composed of a core composed of silicon steel sheets and a coil made of epoxy resin.
