HBFS offers GRP pipe and fittings to meet all national and international standards depending on the area and application.     GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) or FRP (Fiber Reinforce Plastic) Chimney and Flue

    HBFS can design, supply, assemble and install chimney or flue at plants. We are experienced in providing chimney or flue to all local and international markets, such as the power market for the FGD and CCS processes. Chimney or flue can be manufactured on site or in one of our workshops. We assemble ducts from the absorber to the chimney or cooling water tower. HBFS supplies ducts from different diameters, while our onsite winding machine can deliver ducts of 18 meters in diameter.

    HBFS ducts are often used to transport gases from one process to the other. The chimney liners also transport gases to a higher level where it can be released to the environment without harming or having a major impact on the local environment.

    HBFS designs and construct the ducts, chimney liners and stacks by using the Finite Element Method (FEM analysis) to meet the highest requirements and ensure a perfect quality and safety product.

    HBFS has designed products for application at a temperature of 220˚C.

  • In 1952, 'Dual Laminate technology' was introduced  to the chemical industry. Dual Laminate construction combines the superior chemical resistance of thermoplastics or fluoroplastics with the mechanical strength of GRP (thermosetting).

    Dual Laminate technique

    The liner is thermoformed and welded after which the GRP is chemically or mechanically bonded to form a high performance dual laminate finished product. The added cost of this type of construction is justified by its greater service life, lower maintenance costs and higher process productivity.

    HeBei FuSheng has recently improved the production process for special applications in order to achieve an adhesion between liner and GRP of more than 7 N/mm2.

    Today, many of our customers specify Dual Laminate products for operating conditions requiring high chemical resistance and strength.

    1. The major characteristics of the equipment

    3.1 The sophisticated configuration: We developed the accessories and the program by ourselves and committed to have the superior configuration, and the servo motor, the servo driver, the transducer, the photoelectric encoder are adopted Siemens, Germany. The industrial control computer is made in Yanhua Corporation, Taiwan, which assures the liability, stability, and precision of the while machine operating. The menu is displayed in Chinese and English, the interface between the operator and the machine is reasonable, it is easy to operate and the working condition can be adjusted freely through the rotary knob on the panel board. 

    3.2 It has been adopted the latest version winding software developed by ourselves. And the roving arrangement is regular, enclosure is complete, the position of the trolley is accurate. The wound result should be regular rhombuses checked by one piece of roving. The parameter such as the width of roving sheet, the winding length and the winding diameter are all not limited in the software.

    3.3 The functions of the controlling system include hand control, semi automatic, automatic, emergency brake, limit switch protection and stepless speed regulation. It should not affect the linearity when the function of stepless speed regulation has been started.

    3.1 The sophisticated configuration accessories and program has been developed by ourselves achieving superior configuration. The servo motor, servo driver, are purchased from Panasonic, Japan. The industrial control computer is made by Yanhua Corporation, Taiwan, assuring liability, stability, and precision machine operating. Menu is displayed in Chinese and English. Machine operation is friendly and easy to operate. Working parameters can be adjusted freely through the rotary knob on the panel board. 

    3.2 Machine is equipped with the latest winding software version developed by ourselves. Due to precise trolley movement the winding pattern is accurate assuring full surface glass coverage. The winding pattern result should be regularly checked by a single roving. 

    3.3 Software provides wide operation tolerances without limitations to roving bandwidth, pipe length, winding angle and pipe thickness. 

    3.4 Three operation modes are available, hand control, semi-automatic and automatic. Machine is equipped with emergency stop bottom, limit switch protection and continuous speed regulation. Operation of this function does not affect the winding pattern or linearity of the process.

    3.5 The machine is powered by a main motor with gear boxes and chains located at one machine end. The trolley operation motor is located at trolley bed at the same side as the main motor. Trolley movement is achieved using 2 chains located at both trolley bed sides. Chain adjusting and tightening is located at the trolley bed end. 

    3.6 The pipe extractor is machinery operated and it consists of pulling device, pipe stopper and mold pipe support. All extractor elements are adjustable as per the pipe diameter. 

    Pipe de-molding requires high pulling forces at the extraction starting, this force is decreasing during the pipe extraction. The extraction speed is increased as long as the required force has decreased.

    GRP/FRP Grating is GRP/FRP plates with many uniform distributing rectangular and square blanks which are manufactured with molding confectioning technology. It has bilateral isomorphism mechanical features.     4. Safety: It has excellent electric insulating property, and it isn't be punctured with 10KV voltage, and has no electromagnetic properties. It can be used in magnetism sensitive equipment. The special structure of FRP grating has antiskid and fatigue resistance.

    Application: 

    KQJ series cable tray is suitable for voltage below 10 kV electrical cables, control cable, and lightening fitting cables of below 10 kV and the lay out for indoor, outdoor, aerial, channel for cable and tunnel.

    KQJ serial cable trays have the features that: widely used, high strength, reasonable structure, low cost, easy for construction, flexible fittings, nice-looking appearance, which make expansion, rebuilding, maintenance much easier.

    Installation:

    The installation of KQJ series cable tray can be per the local conditions can be laid according to the process requirements, such as plumbing, floor, hoisting under the beam, indoor and outdoor wall, tunnel, cable trench side wall mounted, but also on the open column.

    When height of groove of cable tray is 50,100 mm, 6 connection holes for each end; when height of groove of cable tray is 150,200 mm, 12 connection holes for each end.

    Support Spacing: it shall be less than or equal load curve, allowable load and support span.

    Width: when we are electing the width of cable tray, we should leave enough spare space for new cables in the future.

    Separated lying: when there are less power cables and control cables, they can be installed in the same cable tray, but there should be a separation plate between the power cable and control cable.

    Fixing of cables: when the cable trays are horizontal laid, the connection point shall be in the position of 1 / 4, horizontal cable shall be fixed every 2 meters, the vertical cable trays shall be fixed every 1.5 meters.

    Arrangement of cables in the cable tray

    Weak current control cables shall be at the top layer, general control cables and low voltage power cable are downward arrangement. This kind of arrangement is good for shielding; good for cooling and site construction.

    Spacing between cable trays

    To ensure easy installation, cable tray and the spacing must satisfy the following data:

    a ,when we are setting cable trays in the same support beam or in the same horizontal level, the net distance between adjacent cable trays should not be less than 50mm.

    b, for two parallel cable tray, its net distance should not be less than 600mm.

    When the cable trays are overlapped laid, the vertical distance shall meet the following data:

    a, for power cable, it should be 300mm.

    b, the control cable, it should be 250mm.

    For the convenience of cable tray installation, the distance between cable tray and the top of the ceiling, beams and other obstacles at the bottom should meet the following data:

    a, for power cable, it should be not less than 400mm.

    b, for control cable, it should be not less than 250mm.

    Notes

    Vertical cable trays must be protected by cover on the area which is within two meters above the ground.

    The position which is liable to mechanical damage must be protected by covers.

    When the cable trays are horizontally laid, the selection of stride support shall be per the load curve; when the cable trays are vertically laid, there should be a fixing frame every 1 or 2 meters to make sure the stability of the cable trays. 

    When the cables in the cable tray are lead from horizontal direction to vertical direction, there must be a guide plate to protect the cable from damage. 

    When the material of cable tray is steel, there should be a reliable grounding wire; cable trays must be connected with the main grounding wire.
