EA has released the most current Madden 22 lineup update, where the player ratings are adjusted during game based on their actual performance. The main highlight of Madden 22 coins the Week 6 update was a slight increase for those players of the Tennessee Titans who were fleeing Derrick Henry, which was elevated from an overall rating of the 97 mark to an overall rating of 98. It's a small increase which is not undeserved. In truth, it's a shame that Henry isn't a part to Club 99 Madden 22.
Derrick Henry is by far the most efficient running back in the NFL not just this year, but over the last few seasons too. After running more than 2,000 yards last season, Henry has a great start for 2021.
After just six games, Henry is already taking the lead with 783 yards and 10 touchdowns. The 27 year old is poised to break the record of 2,219 yards which would have broken Eric Dickerson's year record for 2,105 yards. While it is true that Henry has an advantage in an extra game in his regular schedule, however he also came close to 227-yards last season. If Henry remains healthy and maintains his current trajectory, he'll become the first player in his career to run more than 2,000 yards in one season.
