    The latest products relates to a chip-type glass-encapsulated negative temperature coefficient thermistor. It has a glass shell, a thermistor chip and two metal electrodes. The metal electrode is a SMT type, and thermistor chip is fixed in a glass shell. Two metal electrodes are installed at both ends of the glass shell. The metal electrodes at both ends are respectively connected to the electrodes on both sides of the resistance chip through a conductive body integrated with the metal electrode, and the conductive body and the resistance chip are encapsulated in a glass case at a high temperature. The utility model is electrically connected to the outside through a metal electrode, which requires less installation space, more convenient installation, no lead bending, and it is not easy to damage the product during installation.

    NTC thermistor is a thermally sensitive element composed of semiconductive fine ceramics.

    The name thermistor comes from “a thermally sensitive resistor”, and its resistance drastically changes with temperature . The resistance of ordinary materials rises slightly as temperature rises, whereas NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistors exhibit a sharp decrease in resistace. Thermsitors manufactured and supplied by Nanjing Shiheng are all NTC thermistors.

    NTC thermistors are the most sensitive temperature sensing devices in general use for temperature measurement control, indication and compensation for the temperature range of -50 °C to +150 °C.

     

    A thermistor is composed of a semiconducting material that acts like a thermally sensitive resistor. The primary function of a thermistor is to exhibit a change in resistance with a change in body temperature whether caused by a change in ambient temperature or current-induced self-heating. By measuring the resistance of a thermistor in a non-self heat mode, we can accurately determine it's temperature and its surrounding medium. In some measurement applications, thermistors are deliberately self-heated by an electrical current under controlled conditions. In this case, a self-heated thermistor may be used to measure the flow of gases or liquids.

Cm and a temperature coefficient of resistance in the range of -20 ° C to 80 ° C ranging from to was prepared. In this paper, the effects of synthesis temperature and sintering temperature on the properties of BaTi O_3 based ceramics were first studied. The experimental results show that when the synthetic firing temperature is 1150 ° C and the sintering temperature is 1340 ° C, the sample grain size distribution is uniform, the ceramic body has a high density, the room temperature resistivity is the lowest, the resistance temperature coefficient is small, and the resistance temperature characteristic curve is highly linear .
