Description:
The Spectra Galaxy JA 256 / 30 AAA Printhead is a high performance, robust and reliable jetting assembly designed for a broad range of wide format printers at resolutions up to 900 dpi. Four electrically independent piezoelectric slices, each with 64 addressable channels, are combined to provide a total of 256 nozzles. The nozzles are arranged in a single line, at a native inch distance between nozzles.

The fluid interface and electrical connection are at the top of the jetting assembly and several mounting configurations are possible. This jetting assembly contains serial-to-parallel converters for selecting which jets to fire; all jets can be fired simultaneously or individually.

This original JV5 print head is used for Mimaki JV33 / JV5 printers. It is a new generation print head that allows fast speed, high resolution printing with ecosolvent or mild solvent inks. This is Mimaki original print head with the head ID but without the head memory board.

This new generation Kyocera KJ4A-RH is designed for high speed single-pass and multi-pass applications with printers using UV ink. It is a 600dpi one colour printhead with a maximum drive frequency of 30kHz. It delivers high quality with a small drop volume of 5pl at 70 m/min by making use of 2,656 nozzles arranged across 108 mm wide print swathe with pitch, resulting in drops per second.
 
The Kyocera KJ4A-RH is equipped with internal filters that eliminate foreign objects in ink and an internal heater that adjusts the impact of external temperatures. It’s unique ink channel design provides a stable ink supply.
