Sintering Saw Blade
The problem with the saw blade around each dealer, wholesaler, and the user is – Is the sintered saw blade interchangeable? What is the difference between sintered saw blade and other?
This sintering technology not only increases the life of the saw blade but also increases the durability of the saw blade.

Sintered Diamond Saw Blades
The wholly sintered diamond blade involves the process of merely putting the steel core, together with the diamonds and the metal bond materials, into a mould and then sintering it in a sintering furnace equipment. Consequently, the diameter of wholly sintered diamond blades is not very large, usually not more than 400 millimetres (16 in). The steel cores are hard because of the process of sintering. Therefore the hardness and strength of the centre are at an average level (not very high). These types of diamond saw blades would exhibit low cutting efficiency because of its high load and high intensity cutting processes.
The silver Brazed and laser welded diamond blades do not share the same form of weakness as the wholly sintered diamond saw blade. Because it is diamond segments and steel core are different. Quenching their steel and processing them with other heat treatments making its strength and hardness to be high. In turn, it means that the blade can use during high load and high intensity cutting processes with a high cutting efficiency level and less deformation.
Laser Welding Saw Blade
The diamond impregnated segments and the steel core were laser welded in a horizontal arrangement to achieve very high bond strength between them. A parametric investigation was conducted to evaluate the effect of several essential variables on high power laser beam welding, which include beam mode, power level, weld speed, focal point position, plasma suppression and beam alignment. The results showed that beam mode, power level, weld speed, plasma suppression along with focal point position are the primary parameters, which can influence the depth of penetration of laser welding. Beam alignment can greatly affect the amount of pores in the welded seam.

Osprey Laser Welded Blade
The main advantages and benefits of laser welded diamond blades over other welding methods are:
The depth and width of the weld area is large.
The weld is extremely accurate, so the blade core is very minimally affected.
The most important point is that the diamond segments would not drop during cutting.
Laser welded can withstand higher temperatures during cutting and extending blade life significantly.

Laser Welded Diamond Blade
There are three methods to weld and braze diamond segments onto the saw blade: silver brazed diamond blade, wholly sintered diamond blade and laser welded diamond blade.

Diamond Grinding Wheels
Diamond grinding cup wheel details:
Diamond grinding cup wheel is a metal-bonded diamond tool with diamond segments welded or cold-pressed on a steel (or other metal, such as aluminum) wheel body, which usually looks like a cup.
Diamond Grinding Wheel Use
There are various styles and specifications of diamond grinding cup wheels to fit various application requirements. The ones with many big diamond segments can undertake heavy workloads, for example, grinding concrete and stone, while those with small or sparse diamond segments are normally used for fast removal of paints, wallpapers, glues, epoxy and other surface coatings.
Just like other metal-bonded diamond tools, the diamond segments on diamond grinding cup wheels can have different bonds, different diamond grits, different diamond quality and different diamond concentrations to fit different uses. For example, if the material to be ground is hard, the bond should be softer, and if the material is relatively soft, the bond should be harder.

Diamond grinding block
Diamond Grinding Block Description
Application:
For concrete repairs, floor flattening and aggregate exposure
Grinding Blocks Features:
They are designed to be quick-change accessories, but the segments can also be bolted on to older adapter plates.
Compatible on plates for popular machines
Use for the first steps in concrete polishing
Ideal for removing thin coatings and mastic
Remove concrete and create a level surface
Different shape of segment can be chosen, such as rounded edges to eliminate gouging
Soft, medium and hard diamond bonds are available upon request
Single segment are more aggressive than double design
For best results, use soft bond for hard concrete and hard bond for soft concrete
