Standard Pallet Racking is the simplest of all pallet storage systems providing direct access to all pallets and is most economical in terms of equipment and investment cost. It is easy to install and simple to adjust, but the density of storage is less than with other kinds of storage racks.

Long span shelving is composed of the following three parts: frame, beam and shelf.
The beam can be adjusted up and down in units of 50mm. The height of the frames and the height of each layer must be a multiple of 50. The height of the floor is the height from the upper surface of the beam to the ground. The frame diagonal bracing is 500mm.
The shelves of the shelf are composed of columns, cross braces, diagonal braces, plastic feet, iron bases and bolts.
Usually, the frame specification is 55*47* and beams use P-beams (stepped beams). Specifications of beams are P50*30*, P60*40*, P80*50*.
There are three kinds of shelf: steel panel rolled panel and wood panel. When laying the wood layer, pay attention to the additional support to prevent the wood laminate from breaking.
The depth of long span shelving is not more than 1200mm and the length does not exceed 2500mm, otherwise, the P-beam will be unstable or outward.
Usually, the loading capacity of each shelf is 500kg.
According to customer requirements, Long span shelving can be added with side sealing nets (soft borders), back sealing nets (hard borders), partition boards, etc. Long span shelving can be extended to the mezzanine floor.

Drive in pallet rack and drive thru racking are terms that are often used is difficult to differentiate between the two in some environments. Generally, drive-in racking requires operators to drive into the racking system from one side and remove pallets from the same entry point. Some drive-in rack systems have a wall or otherwise closed at the opposite end.
Drive-in & drive-through Racks offer the ability to store a large amount of similar product loads in a smaller area. Selectivity of product species is restricted, but storage density is outstanding. Drive in racking can store up to 75% pallets in the same space than selective racking which depends on your application. It requires fewer aisles and better cubic storage. A simple way to identify a drive-in rack systems is its LIFO inventory management. Product is rotated in a Last-In First-Out inventory manner because of the single entry/exit point.
