HST TITANIUM specializes in the production of high purity () titanium nitride sputtering targets with the highest possible density. Titanium Nitride Sputtering Target and smallest possible average grain sizes for use in semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) display and optical applications.
Our standard Sputtering Targets for thin film are available monoblock or bonded with planar target dimensions and configurations up to 820 mm with hole drill locations and threading, beveling, grooves and backing designed to work with both older sputtering devices as well as the latest process equipment, such as large-area coating for solar energy or fuel cells and flip-chip applications.
The Gr1 Pure Titanium Bar is a titanium product with low oxygen content and low strength. It has the characteristics of small density, light texture, good corrosion resistance, and high tensile strength. This grade of Gr1 Pure Titanium Rod is easier to mold.
Standards: ASTM B348, ASME SB348, ASTM F67
Product Shapes: round bar, square bar, hex bar, rectangular bar
Application Fields:
• Aircraft turbine
• Engine parts
• Aircraft structural parts
• Aerospace fasteners
• Automated high-performance parts
• Marine vessel applications
• Sports equipment
Grade 1 Titanium bar is an unalloyed, low strength titanium product containing low oxygen with high formability; this titanium grade is used in airframes, heat exchangers, and desalination units.
Gr1 Pure Titanium Bar Main Features:
Gr1 Pure Titanium Bar has slightly higher strength and hardness. Its mechanical and chemical properties are similar to stainless steel. Compared with titanium alloy, it has better strength and better oxidation resistance than austenitic stainless steel, but its heat resistance is poor, Gr1. The impurity content of Gr2 and Gr3 increases in sequence, the mechanical strength and hardness increase in sequence, but the plastic toughness decreases in sequence.
